DISCUSSED AT CONGRESS. 'Times'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 6.40 o'clock.) LONDON, October 2. Speaking at the Church Congress, the Bishop of Jarrow, referring to the attitude of labour to the church, said one would have expected that organisations which would bo impossible had they not Christian ideas with which to penetrate society, would naturally turn to the source from which their best ideas were derived.
