ALBANIA AND SERVIA.
BULGARS AND ALBANIANS JOIN ~ FORCES. (Received Last Night, 11.20 o'clock.) VIENNA, October 1. Advices from Durrazzo state that .40,000 Macedonian Bulgars joined with 20,000 Albanians, and are advancing from Dibra to Gostivir. Servian opinion belittles the outbreak, and regards it merely as the work of marauding bancis. It is stated that the Servians lost twelve hundred killed at Dibra: .The Albanians marching" to Gostivir captured three hundred Servians. M. Pasich has abandoned his holiday and returned to Belgrade. .It is stated-that the Servian concentration will be complete in a week, when a decisive blow will'be struck.
