LLOYD GEORGE AND LABOUR. 'Times' — 'Sydney Sun' Cables. (Received Last' Night, 6.40 o'clock.) LONDON, Ociober 1. While Lloyd George was at Kilmarnock station, a labourer thought he identified him, and said: "Hey, are you Lloyd George?" Assuming a charming manner, the Chancellor confessed his identity. "Well," replied the labourer, "you should be hanged."
