OFFICIAL VISIT TO NAPIER. ' (By Telegraph — Press Association.) NAPIER, Last Nigfit. - A civic reception to their Excellent cies the Governor and Lady Liverpool took place yesterday at 12.45 p.m. in ike Sorough Council Chambers, which baa! been nicely decorated for the occasion". The Mayor (Mr J. Vigor Brown) extended a hearty -welcome, and an address expressive of the pleasure die people of Napier felt at receiving a visit from their Excellencies, and of their whole-hearted' loyalty to the Crownj—was presented. to 1 the TJovernor. At 1.30 an official luncheon took place at the Masonic Hotel, where their Excellencies are staying, and was largely attended. #• . ■
