SPECIAL ADVERTISEMENT!. MASTERTON BOROUGH. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Special Meeting of the Masterton Borough Council, held on Tuesday, September 23rd, 1913, it was resolved *as follows: WHEREAS the sura of Two Thousand Pounds (£2000), borrowed by I the Masterton Borough Corporation ' for the purpose of widening Bannis-ter-street, was due and payable on the 28th day of August, 1913. AND WHEREAS the Sinking Funds in respect of the said loan amount to only Three hundred and Twenty-two pounds six shillings and threepence (£322 6s 3d) and the sura of one Thousand six hundred and seventy-seven pounds thirteen shillings and ninepence (£1677 13s 9d) is required to pay off the said loan NOW THEREFORE the Masterton Borough Council in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Local Bodies Loans Act. 1908" hereby resolves by way of Special Order—- > FIRST.—To borrow, the said sum of One thousand six hundred and seventy*seven pounds .thirteen and "ninepence '(£l677s>lßa 9d) for Mo purpose of paving ..off £he said Joan'. SECOND.—That the said sum of One. thousand six hundred and seven-ty-seven vpauttdi-- thirteen shillings .and ninepence (£1677 13s 9d) shall [be repayable on the 28th day of August, 1923, or such, other earlier-date as may be determined by the Council.
