LONDON, Sept. 24. v The Bishop of Carlisle (Dr Diggle), speaking at the Diocesan Conference, declared that clericalism, - by which was meant ecclesiastical-mindedness, ' _ whether of clergy or of laity, was a great barrier to Church fellowship.
