WRussell asked when the Premier was going to make known his intentions in regard to an alteration in the electoral laws. He asked Mr Massev to make a statement as to whether he was prepared to repeal the Second I Ballot. I
The Hon. W. F. Massey, in reply, said an opportunity would be given this session to repeal the Second Ballot Act.
, Mr Russell: What is its substitute? The Hon. Mr Massey: That's another story. You wait and see!
