ON PARADE.
THE ULSTER VOLUNTEERS
'Times' —'Sydney Sun' Special Cables (Received Sept. 20, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 19.

Sir Edward Carson addressed the men ; He stated that there was nothing more untrue than that tie Orange Order -was kept alive for the purpose of propagating bigotry and resentment towards those differing from its members in religion. The best advice he could give to Unionists in Ulster was to begin to make sacrifices, to be careful and thrifty, and to remember that a difficult and troublous time was probably coming.
