MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCES.

There has been a remarkable increase of late in the number of mysterious disappearances in London. It is possible that one thousand persons are missing at the present time. The officials at Scotland 1 Yard classify the missing ones under four divisions, namely, those suffering from loss of memory, escapees from "debt, elopments, and desertions.
