TYPHOID IN NEW YORK.
WORST OUTBREAK FOR FIFTY YEARS.
'Times' —'Sydney Sun' Special Cables, (Received Sept. 20, 8.30 a.m.) NEW YOJJK, Sept. 19.
There has been ,an outbreak of typhoid here, the worst for fifty years. It is attributed to the indiscriminate dipping of householders' jugs into the cans of dealers.
