MR LLOYD-GEORGE RETURNS FROM THE CONTINENT. (Received Last Night, 10.20 o'clock.) LONDON, Sept, 18. The Right Hon. D. Lloyd George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, has unexpectedly returned from the Continent, and is staying with the Chief Whip in Scotland. Mr A. J. Balfour has gone to Balmoral.
