'Times'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Reoeived Sept. 18, 8.30 a.m.') LONDON, Sept. 17. Sir Edward Carson, M.P., is visiting Ulster, to inspect the volunteer .. <! regiments. Altogether 170,000 men * have been enrolled, twenty thousand < lj- in the County of Armagh alone. :' -S A signalling and despatch riding oorps has been organised, enabling the , keeping up of communications without the assistance of the post office. . The corps possesses the latest equipment, including wireless telegraphy.
