SEAMEN IMPRISONED.
REFUSE TO BE YACCINATED.
(Received Last Night, 8.35 o'clock.) SYDNEY, Sept. 16.
Following the precedent ,of another Magistratej a Magistrate sent two seamen from the steamer Suffolk to gaol for disobeying a lawful command to be vaccinated. The Magistrate, at the same time, expressed doubt as to the legality of the procedure, notwithstanding the clause in -the tehip's articles.
