AN ARAB STABBED. (Received This Morning 1.5 o'clock.) ' SYDNEY, Sept. 16. At New Caledonia a Javanese "named Belenguen has been arrested for the murder of an j Arab coachman named El Haoussinfe. Belenguen borrowed five francs from, the ftrab, leaving a* mandolin as security. He asked for the instrument back, in older to celebrate the Javanese New Year.
