THE ULSTER AGITATION. PROPOSED CONFERENCE. (Received Last Night, s.s~'o'clock.) - LONDON, Sept. 13.

The Bov. B. J. Campbell, Congregational minister At the City Temple, interviewed after a visit to Ulster, said the agitation there could in no respect be regarded as "bluff." He hoped that Lord Loreburn's suggestion for a conference would be carried out.
