EXCITEMENT IN LISBON.
ARREST OF CONSPIRATORS 'Times' — 'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 6.15 o'clock.) LISBON, Sept. 13. Great excitement has been caused here by the arrest of five «onspirators. A package containing the Monarchists' gift to ex-King Manoel on the occasion of his marriage, has been detained, as the people expected that it would be examined publicly. When the Customs officers refused to allow the package to be posted, a violent uproar occurred, which necessitated the calling out of the military and the police.
