LADIES' CHAMPIONSHIP. WAIRARAPA AND CANTERBURY UNBEATEN. (By Telegraph — Press Association.) WANGANUI, Last Night. The Ladies' Hockey Championship Tournament was continued to-day in wet weather. The results of the day's play place Canterbury in the lead in "A" Section and Wairarapa in "B" Section, both being unbeaten. The results of the play are as low:"A" Section.—Canterbury (2) beat Hawke's Bay (1); Wanganui (2) drew with Buller (2); Manawatu (0) drew with Taranaki (0). "B" Section.—Wellington (4) 'beat West Coast (1); Wairarapa (7) beat Eketahuna (0) "after a one-sided game. Southland (7) boat Wanganui B (0).
