Unkind persons bodly state that the announcement made was arranged between the Kaiser and King Constantino "by an elaborate process of tuning before the melodies were pub* lished.". FRANCE'S GREAT SERVICE. (Received Last Night, 11.20 o'clock.) ATHENS, Sept. 11. It is semi-omcially stated that Greece is deeply. stirred by. the misunderstanding caused over King Constantino's speech, and Greece will never forget France's great service and goodwill. King Constantino referred solely to Greek soldiers educated in Germany. [A recent cable stated that King Constantino of Greece visited Germany, and during a speech said! that Greece's success in the recent war was due to the training received from German officers. France took exception to the statement considering that French officers had spent years in Greece in the training of Greek soldiers.]
