FOR NEW ZEALAND PRODUCE. (By Telegraph—'Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. To a deputation of fruit-growers which waited on him to-day asking, among other things, that a' special commissioner be sent to South America to look into the prospects of a market there for New Zealand fruit, the Premier (Hon. ;W. F. MassejA I said that in view of the paesijag into law of the American Tariff Bill and the, consequent increase of business that <?ould be expected therefrom, he thought it would be a mistake not to have New Zealand represented at the San Francisco Exhibition. At first lie had been somewhat prejudiced against the idea of Sending such a commissioner, and Cabinet Sad dej cided it should; not" he done, but he had since come to the conclusion it ' might be a mistake not to be repre|sented.
