FEDERAL POLITICS.
ANOTHER CENSURE MOTION.
(Received September 4, 9.35 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Sept. 4. In the Federal House of Representatives, Mr Frazer (ex-Postmaster-General) launched another censure motion against the Government. He has given the following notice of motion: "Tsat the action of the Attor-ney-General (Mr W. H. Irvine) in determining to hold a retaining fee from the Marconi Company, now in litigation with the Commonwealth Government, hae violated the code nile laid down by the British Prime Minister providing that Ministers ought not to enter into any transaction whereby their private pecuniary interest may even conceivably come in conflict with their public duty, and that such action is detrimental to the best interests of the Commonwealth.'' It is understood the debate on Mr Fisher's censure motion will be finished to-night, and Mr Frazer's taken on Tuesday nexfcr An arrangement has been* reached by Mr Cook and tffe Opposition whereby Mr Frazer's motion will be disposed of in one day.
