M. PEGOUD SENSATIONS; 'Times"—'Sydney Sun' Special Call. (Received Sept. 4', 8.30 a.m.) PARIS, Sept. 3. M. Pegoud, the aviator who has twice -'lopped the loop" ill a new monoplane invented by M. Blariot, only obtained his pilot's certificate in February last. His age is 24 years. He says the sensations of flying up-side-down Trembles those experienced in a barber's chair.
