Miss Briggs (Wellington) is spending a few weeks with friends in the Wairarapa, and at present is the guest of Miss Holm wood. Miss Higgie, of Wanganui, is the guest of her hister, Mrs Harrison, of Essex-street, Masterton. Mrs Spencer Beard has gone out to the East Coast for a few weeks, and is staying with Mrs Tatham, of "Homewood." Two weddings of interest will take place in Masterton at an early date. Mrs and Miss Rowe (Wanganui) are spending a few weeks with Mrs M. J. McGregor (Hikorangi).
