A HUMOROUS MISTAKE. 'Times' —'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received August 28, 8.30 a.m.) THE HAGUE, August 27. Posters relating to the International Peace Congress and a travelling menagerie were inadvertently mixed by the printers, and the streets were in consequence placarded with the announcement; —"Universal Feace Congress. Performances daily! Three hundred animals! Imposing groups of lions and tigers 1 A caravan of trained camels 1" The posters were rapidly withdrawn.
