CELEBRATED IN GERMANY. THE KAISER SPEAKS. 'Times'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables, (Received Last Night, 6.40 o'clock ) BERLIN, August 27. The Sovereign Princes of Germany, together with representatives of free towns, celebrated at Kelheim the centenary of the "War of Liberation." There was an imposing assemblage of 370 persons. The Kaiser in the course of a pssech said: "Our strength rests upon our unison, and unity for our nation. There can be no slackening of effort if we desire to maintain our lofty place."
