BEAT INNKEEPER TO DEATH. 'Times' — 'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. ST. PETERSBURG, August 26. Peasants of the village of Wallizomet, after discussing the cause of heavy rain spoiling the harvest, decided that it was attributable to the intemperance of an innkeeper. A deputation interviewed him but he refused to mend his ways. The rain did not cease, and the peasants held a court in a field and condemned the innkeeper, whom they beat to death. «
