THE TREATY OF LONDON. BOYCOTT OF TURKEY FAVOURED BY THE POWERS. (Received Last Night, 8.55 o'clock.) LONDON, August 22. It is officially stated that Germany and the other Powers, except Italy, favour the financial boycott of Turkey to compel the observance of the Treaty of London. Italy is opposed to coercion.
BULGARIAN TROOPS REVOLT.
SANGUINARY CONFLICTS WITH POLICE. (Received Last Night, 8,50 o'clock.) BUCHAREST, August 22. ; The disbanded Bulgarian troops at Varna, incensed over the peace terms, revolted, and sanguinary conflicts with the police followed.
