SEQUEL TO RAND STRIKE. (Received this morning 12.30 o'clock.) LONDON, August 18. The Daily Telegraph's Johannesburg correspondent states that a sensational discovery has been made-of a bag of blasting gelatine at the Central Fire Station. Bombs/- with detonators and fuses aitachod, wero also found in drains in different parts of the city, indicating a scheme, to destroy the city, or that the misoreanta were .afraid of being caught with the 'explosives after the Rand strike riots, and hid them. v'- ; ''-"
