BULGARIA SENDS A NOTE TO THE POWERS. TURKISH MOVEMENTS. (Received August 18, 11 a.m.) SOFIA, August 17. The Bulgarian Government has notified the Powers that the Turks are making towards Kirjalu and Gumulpina. The Note adds that it is iniquitous that Bulgaria should be compelled to demobilise while Turkey is infringing the Treaty of London. LONDON, August 17. Newspapera report that the Malissori are dissatisfied with the Alban-ian-Montenegrin boundary fixed by the Ambassadors' Conference. < The leaders have notified Admiral Burney, commanding the fleet of the combined Powers, and Acting-Governor of Scutari, that unless the demands "are conceded by the 20th they will, declare 'war against Montenegro. DEMOBILISATION OF GREEK ARMY. ' SLOW WITHDRAWAL'OF ROUMANIANS. (Received August 18, 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, August 17. - The Greek army will be demobilised • next■ week. The .slow withdrawal of the Roumanian troops embar usses Bulgaria, hindering the ment of food transportation. There are two thousand cases of oholera among the Roumanians.
