THE DEATH SENTENCE.
RESOLUTION OF PUBLIC MEETING (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) SYDNEY, August 17. A public meeting-in the Town Hall passed a resolution, requesting the Government to commute the death sentence passed on. the man Wright, who is said to be of weak intellect.
