AND TREATY OF LONDON. • —'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received August 13, 8.30 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, August 12. _ The Turkish Ambassador informed M. Sazonoff, the Riisgian Foreign , -Minister, that it will be impossible for Turkey to abandon Adrianople. M. Sazonoff retorted that measures would be taken to compel Turkey to' respect the Treaty of London.
