THE CHINESE REVOLT.
A REBEL DEFEAT. PUNISHMENT OF CONSPIRA- . TOES. (Received Last Night, 9.50 o'clock.) PEKIN, August 11. The rebels attacked tho loyalists who were holding Kinnguan station. The rebels were defeated, with heavy losses. President Yuan Shih-Kai has ordered the apprehension and punishment of everyone conspiring against the Republic, without regard to rank or position. "Buan Shih-Kai has unseated six members of the National Assembly who were implicated in the rebellion. TOKJO, August 12. It is reported that Dr. Sun Yat Sen intends collecting funds to continue the campaign against Yuan Shih-Kai.
