DAMAGES AWARDED.
AGAINST FEDERATION OF LABOUR. ECHO OF WAIHI STRIKE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Last.Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, Thomas Walsh was awarded £SOO damages against the Federation of Labour for libellous statements contained in a; pamphlet entitled "Tragic Story of the Waihi Strike." The amount of tke claim was £IOOO.
