(To tho Editor) Sir, — Apropos your article to-day on "German Trade," t-lwrnd yoti a paper seed packet cover used by an eminent New Zealand firm of seedsmen,- "printed in Germany." Who discriminates here? and. why? Either New Zealand printers' charges ap T pear too high to their patrons, or the said patrons are too needy and grasping. Which, and why?—l am, etc., NEMO.
