At the International Medical Conw gress, Professor Paul Ehrlich, in an address on "Pathology," after referring to ilie success arising .from the destruction of the germs of smallpox, scarlatina, typhus, and yellow fever, siid that on the other hand the cure of tuberculosis needs) a hard struggle. He believed that the next five years' record would show the highest advances in this field of research.
