THE ARMY AND NAVY. INCREASE IN ESTIMATES. (Received' Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) • VIENNA, August 9. Tho "Ziet" states that' the Army and Navv estimates will be increased by £10,7*10,000 annually until 1918. The mobilisation' account over the Balkan trouble cost £25.000,000.
