ANNUAL MEETING. ;Tho annual meeting of shareholders of the Masterton Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., was held in the A. and P. rooms at on Satui> day afternoon last] Mr J. C. Cotter, E. Harper and E. J. Wright-T-were re-elected, without opposition. Mr J. Morton was. elected a director for the Nikau district. Mr J. MUne was unanimously reelected auditor. On the motion of the" chairman, seconded by Mr Wilton, a hearty vote of thanks was passed to the -whole of" the staff. The vote was acknowledged by Mr R. Brown, who stated' that if the farmers were to pull together the company would become of very considerable importance to the 4 district. At a meeting of directors at the close of. the annual meeting, Mr J. C Ewington was unanimously re-ap-pointed chairman. It was decided that a call of 2s 6dT per share be made, payable on September Ist. - It was resolved that quotations be procured for the early delivery of a motor lorry. The secretary was instructed to communicate with the Langdale and Tinui settlers, with a view to completing the agreement in regard to ' the conveyance of cream. It wns decided that a special meeting of directors be held on Saturday next, to deal with these -natters.
