INCREASED ESTIMATES. (SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received July 31, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 30. The report of the House of Commons' Committee on the increase in the Nary Estimates, states that the Admiralty expenditure, has increased by 60 per oent. during the last ten years It draws attention, to the evidence that armour-plating and gun-mounting is ' being liandled by oamrttercial rings.
