NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. 0. Bates, of the Meteorological office, last evening wired as follows: Summary: A decrease in barometrio pressure has taken place everywhere and gloomy weather is reported generally with drizzling rain and fog ifi many parts. The winds are still variable with freshening northerlies predominating. Forecast: Present indications iare ifor increasing northerly winda with unsettled and! cloudy weather and rain probably generally. The barometer will probably fall low in the Bouth for a westerly area of low pressure now approaching the Dominion.
