Reference to the balance-sheet shows that the finances of the club | are in a satisfactory condition lhe season commenced with a credit ba - ance of £22 15s, and ended with a credit balanco of £35 19s lid. There are now 78 active members and 17 honorary members, as against 76 active members and 17 honorary members last year. The club, although fairly successful in their contests for phies, did not win eithef competition, both the, Shield and Booth Cup being annexed by the Carterton Olub.
