SCHEME FOR CONCENTRATION

(SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received July 24, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 23.

Earl Grey, ex-Governor-General of Canada, has outlined a scheme for concentrating the offices of the Dominions Governments under one roof in Aldwyoh, beside the offices of the Common wealth.
