NO DISSATISFACTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) - ■vrTITTKftTOM, Last Night. Replying to Mr H. Atmore in the House- of Representatives this afternoon, the Hon. A. L. Herdman said he knew of no dissatisfaction existing in the police force. He was convinced, that before officers were promoted they should display some elementary knowledge of education. That was neecs&ary for the proper carrying out of the officers' duties especially in country districts.
