CAUSE OF THE DECAY. \SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received Last Nigbt, 7.45 o'clock.) LONDON, July 17. A letter in Iho Timeß, referring to the decay of the roof of Westminster Hall, states that the destructive new stress, which the ancient buildings me at present subjected to, is the outcome of sulphur charged in the attnosphere in the manufacturing districts surrounding the hall.
