TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates,. of the Meteorological office, last evening wired as follows:—' Strong westerly winds, with gales in parts, prevailed on Wednesday, but the barometer rose afterwards, and fair to cloudy weather, with moderate winds, has prevailed to-day. Present indications are for freshening northerly winds generally, misty anct cloudy weather, increasing for a change in weather conditions, and falling barometer everywhere shortly.
