VIOLIN RECITAL.
AT THE EXCHANGE HALL-TO-NIGHT. The public of Masterton have a musical treat in store for them tonight. Miss Marie Motto, who will give a violin recital in the Exchange Hall, comes to us with the highest credentials. She has been, under the best of masters in London, and has gained for herself a reputation in the "Great Metropolis." Those who have had the pleasure of listening to "Wiss motto m New Zealand, declaim that her playinc; is .simply charming. It is seldom that an opportunity is afforded of hearing music from an instrument of one of the great masters, a violin nearly two centuries old. Miss Motto will be assisted by Miss -Phyllis Fell, who recently completed her musical studies in the Old Country, and who is, said to be a brilliant pianiste. The recital in the Exchange Hall to-night should arouse musiclovers to a high pitch of enthusiasm.
