TROOPS ON THE RAND.
LABOUR PARTY WANTS DISCUSSION. (Received July 16, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON. July 15. The Labour Party's Executive passed a resolution that it is essential that the Government should grant time to discuss the use of troops in Johannesburg on the authority of the Governor-General (Lord Gladstone).
