AUSTRIAN DEMAND FOR SHARE IN LOAN. IMPEACHMENT OF CHINESE CABINET. (Received July 16, 9.25 a.m.) PEKIN, July 15. The House of Representatives read a first time five Bills impeaching the Cabinet, particularly the Ministers for war, the navy, and finance, for its action in connection with the Austrian loan. REPORTED REBEL SUCCESS. (Received July 16, 1.30 p.m.> PEKIN, July. 15. There is renewed unrest in the Southern Yang-tse provinces. The Government is sending reinforcements. It is reported that .the. rebels-re-pulsed the northern troops at Hukow. A succession proclamation is expected.
