REPORTED REBEL SUCCESS. (Received July 16, 1.30 p.m.> PEKIN, July. 15. There is renewed unrest in the Southern Yang-tse provinces. The Government is sending reinforcements. It is reported that .the. rebels-re-pulsed the northern troops at Hukow. A succession proclamation is expected.
