LINKING UP PASSENGER , * SYSTEMS. (SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received July 16, 8.30 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, July 15. . A conference regarding round-the-world traffic is being field at Moscow. It was resolved to link up the direct pakSiseaiger systems of the world via Siberia and Canada. The steamship companies participating will include the Cunard, Har-butrg-American, Royal Mail, and Japanese lines, with supplementary routes to the Far East and Australia.
