The death ooounred on Friday at New Plymouth of Mr Charles Hamblyn. The deceased was one of Taranaki's earliest settlers, arriving in Ne\? Zealand with hi s parents by the Amdio Thompson.in 1842, and he has resided in the province ever since. Deceased/was, 79 years of age, and leaves a family of geven sotis and four daughters. .
