"JUSTICE FOR WOMEN." (Received July 12, 10 a.m.) LONDON, July 11. A man in the Strangers' GaMery of the House of Commons created a scene by firing a toy pistol. He was ejected, shouting "Justice for Women!" Immediately another man shouted "Why don't you give women votes?" and scattered a quantity of literature and several toy mousetraps. He also was ejected. -
