TOWN HAUL PICTURES. "A VENGEANCE OF DUEAND." The Mastertoai Picture and Entertainment Company will present a popular picrture-play to their patrons at the Town Hall this evening, when the latest production of the day will be presented in the thrilling and romantic drama, "A Vengeance of Dutaaid." This splendid production, has caused a sensation wherever shown, and may be looked upon as something that is seldom equalled in Masterttai. Tlupicture will be supported by ft programme of pictorial "gems," fchcrortfmost of which will be a story of the famous Californian gold fields entitled "The Eldorado Lode." The plot of this picture is of a deep and inter eating nature, and is interwoven with such natural soanery that helps to stamp it is a picture of exceptions merit. The children's matinee will be 'held tihis afternoon,' when a programme that will both interest and instruct the "kiddies'" will be presented; ' THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURES. "GEORGE BARNWELL." To-night will see the usual weekend change of programme at the T.P. Electric Theatre, where the series of films to be .screened comprise a selection: that shows considerable enterprise on the part of the popular proprietors. "George BarnweM, the London Apprentice" will form the main feature. It is an English production of this old English photographic quality. The story is a very strong dramatic, and graphically p®esents a series of episode® indicating how the moral foundations of a youth are sapped through the instrumentality of a scheming seductive woman; how he is brought in the ihey-day of life, from honest industry to venal crimes, in expiation of which he has to suffer the last dread penalty of the law. His gradual decline is shown in a sequence of arresting incidents, the clianax being reached with a rushing crescendo of circumstances. The excellent staging adds greatly to the merit of this fine moral play. "The Little Nugget" is an inspiring Western selection, whilst "Broncho Billy at Gun Play" is an Bssanay production featuring the popular G. M. Anderson in ® novel and entrancing dramatic item. "In a misit of Errors" presents an English drama with a pathetic thetme which will appeal best to the ladies. A brilliant comedy drama; from the Nordisk studio will be shown in "His First Patient," which is one of tihis company's usual highclass subjects. The series includes numerous comedies, am one; which "A Duke of Leisure" (Selig), and "Bloomer's Ma-in-Law" are perhaps the best. The topical events of the day and the latest fashibns will be animatedly discussed in the "Eclair Journal." "Doll-Making," an industrial item, -will lend further educational value to the bill. There will be a grand matinee at 2..30 this afternoon.
